Dosage and direction
Adults and children over 12 years: Take one 10 mg capsule in a capsule, with water, 30 minutes before any sexual activity. It can be taken with or without food, and should be taken at least 1 hour before the sexual activity. You should not take a dose higher than the recommended dose.
